Meet the Team

Hi I’m Bernard Mackay, Principal Architect

I believe:

"Good design, on budget and completion on time remains the industry’s mantra and design-build procurement is just the latest methodology for achieving that aspiration. We need to adapt to and influence the process in the best interest of client and end user.”

Hi I’m Kaleel Kanor-Doublier, Architect

I believe:

"Caribbean architecture is more than just buildings; it's a reflection of the vibrant community and rich cultural heritage that defines the region. Through our designs, we have the opportunity to celebrate and preserve the unique identity of Caribbean towns and cities, creating spaces that foster connection, resilience, and a sense of belonging.”

Hi I’m Osbert De Costa, Architect

I believe:

"With technological advances, the industry is shifting in a direction to become more efficient in constructing buildings. More tools are available that enable sustainable design solutions, help reduce construction cost and minimize uncertainties. This technology is where my ability to utilizing Building Information Modeling makes its mark.”

Hi I’m Noel Henry, Architect

I believe:

"There is beauty in creating control spaces that affect the senses. Sadly, there has been a loss of the benefits and satisfaction this beauty brings. Desensitized by buildings with blank faces and bland innards, clients are pulled in the direction of expenditure efficiency.
There is however, a place where beauty meets cost effectiveness, that is architecture. Marrying the two is certainly an impact endeavored.

Hi I’m Hazel Phillips, Admin Assistant

I believe:

"While I may not be an Architect or perform duties directly in the profession, as someone who is not when you come to understand the role architecture plays into the effective use of space you really see the value of it in your own day to day life.”
